The Vacmaster WD M38 PCF 240V M Class Dust Extractor is independently certified for the safe extraction of medium hazardous dusts in accordance with UK health and safety guidelines for building and construction sites. Removing 99.9% of dust with an occupational exposure limit value of > 0.1 mg/m3.
M Class wet and dry vacuum cleaners should be used when collecting materials such as concrete, silica, man-made woods (MDF), natural woods (oak, beech) and more. They are our recommended industrial wet and dry vacuum cleaner for construction and manufacturing settings.
This impressive 240V 38 litre M Class Dust Extractor is powered by a 1500W motor, delivering 274 Air Watts and generating a maximum airflow of 71 L/s and 25 kpa vacuum pressure. A powerful 1490W Power Take Off socket enables automatic dust extraction as you sand or drill.
Designed with safety in mind, a visual LED Airflow Warning Indicator notifies the operator before air velocity falls below 20 m/s. Simply engage the Push Clean Filter System to restore maximum suction power and ensure the safe extraction of hazardous dusts.
Variable Speed Control allows you to adjust the motor speed providing a fully adaptable suction output. Designed for use around delicate artefacts and removal of fine dust without disturbing a wider cleaning zone.
The 2-Stage dust collection system ensures that no hazardous dust remains in the collection tank or becomes airborne. A suction inlet sealing cap also prevents accidental entry or release of hazardous dust from the machine when not in use, or during transport.
Includes an extra long 10m power cable, delivering a working reach of approximately 14m.

The Vacmaster ‘PCF’ Push Clean Filter system improves airflow to prevent clogged filters and maintain high suction power. Push the vacuum hose into the PCF button to reverse the airflow. Cleaning the cartridge filter of trapped debris and depositing it back into the collection tank.

Anti Static Connection System
