Delivery for all items is free of charge.

Please note that additional fees apply for delivery to addresses in the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Scilly and Man. Please expect delays around public and bank holidays

Dispatch: 
Orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Appliances: Fast 24 Hour Delivery
As standard, delivery for purchases that include appliances will usually be made 24 hours after dispatch on weekdays. If you place an order for an appliance after 12pm on a Friday, delivery will be made on the following Tuesday.

Accessories & Spare Parts: Standard 48 Hour Delivery
Delivery for orders of accessories and spare parts only will usually be made 48 hours after dispatch on weekdays.

Tracked Deliveries
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking link and updates on the status of package.

You can also check the delivery status of your order any time by logging into the My Account section of our website and clicking on the tracking link provided.

Delivery Destinations

Deliveries to Northern Ireland and areas outside of mainland UK (incl. Scottish Highlands & Islands) may incur additional Duty & Customs charges. 

Any Duty & Customs charges applied are currently the sole responsibility of the customer. Our courier partner will contact you directly regarding these charges.
