01 Setting Up
Unpack the Vacmaster Cardio54® Fitness Fan and plug it in to an electrical outlet.

02 Maintenance
Maintenance Before and After Each Use
1) Inspect the plug and the cord to ensure that it has not been damaged during operation or between uses. If the plug or cord is damaged, do not use the air mover and replace the damaged part immediately.
2) Check the air intake and air discharge grills and make sure they are free of blockage.
Cord Storage
1) Before storing the air mover, ensure the on/off switch is turned to "0" OFF position, and unplug the unit from the power outlet.
2) Wrap the power cord around the base of the handle.
3) Use the attached power cable strap to hold the cord in place.
Storing the Air Mover
To conserve space while storing multiple units, this air mover can be stacked together with multiple additional units using the mounting pegs and inlets on each side of the unit.
Replacing the Remote Control Battery
NOTE: The remote control contains small parts. Be careful when replacing the battery and ensure all maintenance is completed on a flat and stable surface.
1) Locate the 3 screws on the rear of the remote control. Carefully remove these screws and keep them in a safe place.
2) Remove the rear casing to access the battery. The battery and board can both be removed.
3) Replace the battery with a suitable 27A 12V battery cell. Ensure the positive and negative battery connections are correctly positioned.
4) Insert the board and battery back into the casing and secure in place by retightening the screws provided. -

01 Why isn't the remote control working?
This can be caused by:
1) The remote control is not paired with the air mover. Reset the remote control.
2) The battery is dead. Replace the battery or remote control.
3) The remote control is damaged. Replace with a new remote control.
4) Speed control knob is not positioned for remote control mode. -
02 Why has the Fitness Fan stopped working?
This can be caused by:
1) No power supply. Check the power supply, cord, breakers, and fuses.
2) Faulty power cord. Unplug and visually check the power cord. If damaged, have it repaired by qualified personnel or contact the customer care team.
3) On/off switch in the wrong position. Move the switch to the "I" ON position.
4) The on/off switch is faulty. Have the switch replaced by qualified personnel or contact the customer care team. -
03 Why does Fitness Fan vibrate excessively?
This can be caused by:
1) The centrifugal fan has dirt build up. Have the fitness fan inspected by qualified personnel or contact the customer care team. -
04 How do I clean and maintain the Vacmaster Cardio54?
Regularly clean the exterior with a soft cloth. For a more thorough cleaning, you can use a can of compressed air to clean the fan blades and grilles.

05 What kind of VESA mount is compatible?
The Cardio54® fan is now supplied with a VESA compatible mounting adaptor which is compatible with 75x75 VESA mounts. For full functionality, choose a bracket that offers tilt, swivel, and rotation capabilities. Note that the Adaptor attaches to the underside of the floor fan, making fixed positional wall mounts unsuitable.

06 What is the required thread size for tripod mounting?
The Vacmaster Cardio54® Fan is now supplied with a VESA compatible mounting adaptor. The mounting adaptor is compatible with tripods that use a standard 1/2-20 UNC thread.
