Learn how to set up and use your vacuum cleaner with instruction manuals, user guides and FAQs.
1) Charge the battery pack for at least 4 hours before using for the first time. Never charge the batteries in temperatures above 40°C or below 4°C. It is normal for the charging adapter to become warm when charging.
2) Attach the battery pack to the vacuum cleaner.
3) Insert the handheld vacuum into the top of the suction wand and lock into place until you hear a click.
4) Insert the wand into the neck of the motorised floor head ensuring that there is nothing trapped between the unit connections. Make sure the wand is locked into place until you hear a click.
Emptying the Dust Bin
NOTE: For best performance, empty dust bin after every use or once dust reaches MAX fill line. Before emptying the dust bin, ensure the vacuum cleaner is turned off.
1) Position dust bin area of vacuum over a waste receptacle. Press down on the dust bin door release button to open dust bin lid and allow bin contents to drop into waste receptacle.
2) Close the dust bin door until you hear a click.
Cleaning the Filters
NOTE: The key to maximum performance is having a clean filter. Cleaning the filter frequently will help your vacuum cleaner operate at peak efficiency. A spare filter is provided with your vacuum cleaner to allow you to dry one filter properly while using the other. Additional filters can be purchased from www.cleva-europe.com.
1) With one hand grasped around the handle, press the motor head release button to separate the dust bin from the handheld vacuum.
NOTE: Grasp the dust bin when pressing the release button.
2) Remove the filter and filter cage from the dust bin.
3) Use a soft brush to clean loose debris from the filter and then rinse with warm water. Rinse and gently squeeze dry the filters. Set all filters aside and allow to air dry for 24 hours.
IMPORTANT: The filters and the filter cage must be completely dry before reuse.
4) Place the filter cage back into the dust bin, then place the filter back in.
5) To reassemble the dust bin to the handheld vacuum, align the tabs on the dust bin with slots in the handheld vacuum. Once aligned, attach the dust bin to the handheld vacuum until you hear a click.
