The Vacmaster WD M38 PCF 110V M Class Dust Extractor is independently certified for the safe extraction of medium hazardous dusts in accordance with UK health and safety guidelines for building and construction sites. Removing 99.9% of dust with an occupational exposure limit value of > 0.1 mg/m3.
M Class wet and dry vacuum cleaners should be used when collecting materials such as concrete, silica, man-made woods (MDF), natural woods (oak, beech) and more. They are our recommended Industrial Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner for construction and manufacturing settings.
This impressive 110V 38 litre M Class dust extractor is powered by a 1100W motor, delivering 218 Air Watts and generating a maximum airflow of 68 L/s and 22 kpa vacuum pressure. A powerful 660W 110V Power Take Off socket enables automatic dust extraction as you sand or drill.
With its 110V 16A power supply it is manufactured to meet UK Health and Safety Executive guidelines for safe, portable electrical equipment. This vacuum cleaner operates from a 110V (CTE) isolating transformer so that the maximum voltage to earth does not exceed 55 Volts.
Designed with safety in mind, a visual LED Airflow Warning Indicator notifies the operator before air velocity falls below 20 m/s. Simply engage the Push Clean Filter System to restore maximum suction power and ensure the safe extraction of hazardous dusts.
The 2-Stage dust collection system ensures that no hazardous dust remains in the collection tank or becomes airborne. A suction inlet sealing cap also prevents accidental entry or release of hazardous dust from the machine when not in use, or during transport.
Includes an extra long 10m power cord, delivering a working reach of approx 14m.

The Push Clean Filter system improves airflow to prevent clogged filters and maintain a constant, high suction power. The PCF system uses reverse airflow to clean the cartridge filter and remove trapped debris back into the collection tank.
LED indicator lights up to warn the operator that air velocity has fallen below 20 m/s and that's its time to activate the Push Clean Filter system to restore maximum suction power.
660W 110V power take-off socket. Plug in your power tool and connect up the suction hose to start extracting dust as you sand or drill. Operate the vacuum from the power switch on your tool.
